We source insights from top scientific journals focusing on management, strategy, and psychology. Every insight is thoroughly evaluated to ensure it is both actionable and scientifically sound.
Validated Psychodiagnostics
Talentpilot offers unique, reliable, and valid psychodiagnostic tools for personalized insights. You can also use your own validated tools, but they must be relevant and properly vetted.
How we built Talentpilot AI to be secure, private, and realiable
At Talenpilot, we handle sensitive information, primarily psychodiagnostic data. One significant issue in psychological testing is that psychologists often interpret this data only once, due to limited time and resources. This constraint hinders the ability to strategically work with the data at different points in time. The rise of AI now allows us to dynamically and continuously utilize this data in various scenarios. However, we needed to ensure that our use of AI is as ethical as possible.
We are committed to adopting new AI infrastructure rigorously and gradually to maintain control over our data and insights. Launching a product with AI requires meeting Talenpilot's stringent standards for customer data stewardship. Our goal is to develop not only powerful AI features but also trusted ones.
Key principles we adhere to include:
- We don’t share or sell personal data
- We do not train large language models (LLMs) using customer data
- We are GDPR and CPPA compliant and ISO 27001 certified
- We ensure fair and non-biased AI solutions
We don’t share or sell personal data
At Talentpilot, we ensure all customer data remains within our secure infrastructure. We have robust data protection measures to prevent unauthorized access and ensure that sensitive information is not exposed to external entities. This principle is foundational to our commitment to privacy and security. Additionally, we implement strict visibility controls, ensuring that peers cannot see each other's data and supervisors do not have access to personal content that individual employees upload. This ensures that your information remains confidential, even within your organization.
Neither we nor our model providers use customer data to train large language models (LLM)
To maintain the confidentiality and integrity of our customers' information, both we and our 3rd party model providers strictly avoid using their data for training language models. This approach helps us prevent any inadvertent leakage of sensitive data and aligns with our ethical standards in AI development.
We are GDPR and CPPA compliant and ISO 27001 certified
Talentpilot adheres to the highest data protection and privacy standards, ensuring full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). These regulations mandate strict guidelines for collecting, processing, and storing personal data, and we take these responsibilities seriously. Our ISO 27001 certification further underscores our commitment to information security, demonstrating that we have implemented a comprehensive framework for managing and protecting customer data. We continuously monitor and update our practices to stay compliant with evolving legal requirements and industry standards, ensuring that your data is handled with the utmost care and integrity.
Evolution of our AI solution
If you ask a generative model anything, you have no control over the data it will use to respond. Moreover, research shows that people often don't know how to ask questions effectively. Since we are dealing with sensitive psychodiagnostic data, we implemented the "closed prompt paradigm" in the first phase of our solution, ensuring the LLM only answers use cases for which it has relevant data.
We ensure fair and non-biased AI solutions
At Talentpilot, we are committed to fostering fairness and inclusivity in all our AI-driven processes. Our AI solutions are designed and tested rigorously to eliminate biases, ensuring hiring decisions are supported based on relevant information. We believe in promoting equal opportunities for all candidates, regardless of their background, and we continuously evaluate our models to uphold this principle.
In addition to our commitment to fairness, we systematically prohibit our AI from responding to unethical questions or for which we lack sufficient data. Our model guidelines are meticulously curated and regularly updated to ensure that our AI operates within the highest ethical standards, reinforcing our dedication to delivering responsible and trustworthy AI solutions in the hiring process.
Closed Prompts for AI Precision
The answer is generated from closed prompts using predefined and controlled data. We carefully select this data and apply it only to use cases for which we have relevant information, maximizing its potential in various contexts to help users understand psychological information.
At OpenAI, only specific data is fed into the system with exact instructions on how to use the model’s generative capabilities. This approach ensures the information is understandable in various work contexts and prevents made-up information. As a result, the generated content is reliable and based on accurate, verified data.
Closed prompts are designed to be unchangeable by the user, ensuring that the output is consistent and based solely on the provided data. This controlled approach helps maintain the accuracy and reliability of the generated information.
However, context is important, and our customers must be able to ask questions and refine their queries. This is why we have chosen the most effective RAG solution. This approach combines data security-relevant search capabilities and allows you to control the information from which the insights are derived.
RAG Model for trusted science insights
The answer generated is based on a highly accurate and reliable dataset from our extensive "Science Knowledge" database. This controlled model, a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) model, combines text generation capabilities with retrieval from specific sources. We have verified the sources from which it draws information, ensuring it only uses our approved database, not general data, giving us a clear understanding of how the answer is constituted.
Our AI solution is based on the idea of “Responsible Retrieval—Augmented Generation.” This means that we are combining the text-generation capabilities of LLM models with a framework in which the data—facts—are delivered from our trusted psychological knowledge base, which has been curated by our TP psychologists. We also proudly say that our RAG is done responsibly, committing to Responsible (Gen)AI principles.
Knowledge Search Criteria
We employ stringent "Knowledge-based Criteria" for selecting insights, sourcing them exclusively from scientific journals ranked in the top quartiles (Q1 - Q3) to ensure the highest academic standards. Each study undergoes a thorough methodological evaluation, considering statistical robustness, research design, and reproducibility. The SCImago Journal Rank (SJR) plays a pivotal role in our assessment, helping us determine the relevance and impact of each article within its respective scientific domain.
Our primary focus is on curating content from the fields of management, strategy, and psychology. This targeted approach ensures that the insights we provide are scientifically robust, directly applicable, and transformative for professionals in these disciplines. Each selected article undergoes a detailed review by our team, who are adept at translating complex research findings into actionable recommendations. This meticulous process guarantees that our insights uphold the highest scientific standards and drive meaningful change in practice.
"Each selected article undergoes a detailed review by our team, who are adept at translating complex research findings into actionable recommendations."
Our knowledge base is continuously updated with new articles every day, reflecting our clients' interests and the latest relevant studies published. We actively gather feedback from our clients to identify the topics that matter most to them and incorporate new insights accordingly. Additionally, we monitor emerging research and integrate findings from cutting-edge studies to ensure that our knowledge remains current and impactful.
Importantly, every insight we provide is curated with a human in the loop. This ensures that the context is accurately understood and interpreted, as context is crucial for meaningful application. Our team of experts reviews each study, ensuring that insights are scientifically rigorous, contextually relevant, and actionable.
Used psychodiagnostics
At Talentpilot, we utilize scientifically validated psychodiagnostic tools to measure personality and work culture to enhance the accuracy and personalization of our insights. These tools are rigorously tested for validity and reliability, ensuring that the results are consistent and precise. The norms for these diagnostics are based on a representative sample of the working population, providing insights that are specifically relevant to professional contexts. Both of these psychodiagnostic tests are provided by the esteemed and trusted experts at TCC Online, known for their reliable and innovative approach to psychometric assessments.
We offer a wide range of language versions and norms to cater to diverse needs, and if required, we can develop new ones to meet specific demands. By assessing various psychological dimensions such as decision-making style, stress management, and interpersonal interaction patterns, we ensure that our AI delivers tailored recommendations that align with each user’s unique psychological profile, supporting their personal and professional development with precision and trustworthiness.
Use your preferred psychodiagnostic
We respect our clients might prefer other psychodiagnostics. Our system is designed to integrate and analyze psychodiagnostic reports from other approved providers. This means you can upload existing psychodiagnostic reports, and our AI will incorporate these insights into your personalized recommendations. By allowing the use of various psychodiagnostic tools, we ensure that our services remain adaptable and relevant to our diverse clientele's specific needs and preferences. Therefore, you are not limited to our selected psychodiagnostics alone, allowing you the flexibility to choose the tools that best suit your needs. Some psychodiagnostics are only relevant for some use cases, for example, hiring has higher standards for validity. In this case, data will be used only in relevant validated contexts.
